Swifts Live from St Michael’s with Nick Baker

Nick Baker, local naturalist and TV presenter, hosted a live Facebook feed form St Michael’s Church Chagford on Thursday evening. During the show he showed live pictures from four of the 32 swift nest boxes located in the church tower showing young swifts at various stages of development; three of which were just about to fledge but unfortunately did not oblige during the programme. Nick also answered a wide variety of questions, submitted during the show, coving the life of swifts and other creatures that live with them. The show was sponsored by the RSPB.
